  4. The Terms at Casino88.cr conform very closely to those found at all Las Vegas sportsbooks, and are used to protect both our company and you, the bettor.

  5. All customers’ accounts at Casino88.cr are private and confidential, and all calls are recorded on tape and held for disputes for a period of 14 days.

  6. An analysis of Casino88.cr website traffic allows Casino88.cr to determine the behavior of its customers. A customer doing this will have his account immediately suspended and any winnings providing from this activities removed.

  7. All Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

  9. Casino88.cr reserves the right to refuse any wager at any time, from any client without cause, and can refuse wagers from clientele who reside in states or provinces that prohibit sports wagering. International law is very complex, and we do not know the specific laws that may apply to you where you live. We operate under strict compliance with all local laws, and urge you access our site only if you feel that you are in compliance with yours.

  10. All Terms, Conditions, and payoffs listed in this publication are subject to change without prior written notice.

  11. Each client is required to identify himself by his account number and password on each call or login to Casino88.cr. The client has sole responsibility for their specific password and account number. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have its password or username, the customer may at any time ask that Casino88.cr provide the customer with a new password and username.

  12. Account balances will reflect any wagers on future propositions or pending wagers.

If, for some reason, the call is dropped before the process is completed but we have received a wager type, team(s), and amount, the bet will be a valid wager.

  15. No wagers can be cancelled once the caller confirms them and the call is concluded. The only manner in which a client can cancel a wager is to wager on the opposite side of the contest in which he initially wagered. (And lay the juice.)

  16. On over/under wagers, overtime periods are included in the final score, except in soccer matches.

  17. When wagering on half-time lines, the overtime period(s) will be included as part of the second half.

  21. With regard to suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, Casino88.cr follows Las Vegas gaming Terms for wagering purposes. Otherwise Casino88.cr does not recognize suspended games, protests, and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

  22. All sporting events must be played on the scheduled date. Exceptions to this rule are on a game-by-game basis and will be ruled action or not depending upon the decision made in Las Vegas. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled or there is a change of venue, that event may constitute “no action,” which means all monies for that event would be refunded (unless Vegas Terms otherwise). All parlays/exotics will be recalculated excluding that leg of the parlay, using payout charts for that sport/betting option.

  23. All payoffs are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager (except in the event of a pitching change in baseball, where the odds are recalculated).

  24. It is prohibited to parlay the same team with both the point spread and the money line.

  25. Casino88.cr does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client’s sole responsibility to report any such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.

  26. Casino88.cr is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership.

  28. The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date that the event is concluded.

  29. All wagers are in U.S. dollars.

  30. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed as “NO ACTION,” and all money will be credited accordingly.

  31. Dates and kick-off times of events shown are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected may be deemed void.

Basketball – NCAA – 35 minutes of play

Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must be played to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

Circled Games
CIRCLED games are not allowed in hook-ups. This means straight wagers only.
You cannot buy points on a CIRCLED game.
The reason a game is put into a CIRCLE is due to an unknown status of a key player or players. Once the information about the player or players is released, we will release the CIRCLE allowing normal wagering to resume.

Claims must be lodged within five days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this five-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions. In order to log an Internet claim, the customer must provide a valid ticket number which is given for every Internet play.

  4. Any manipulation of prices and/or spread will result in the ticket being marked as a loser.

1. NFL GENERAL TERMS

  • Bets are considered official after 55 minutes of play.

  • If 55 minutes of play is not conducted, a bet on the team is treated as “no action,” and a parlay bet will be reduced accordingly.

  • Bets on 1st and 2nd halves and all quarters will be considered action upon completion of the period in question.

  • Bets on spread, money line, and totals for the whole game — and all bets on second halves — always include overtime scoring.

  • Bets for the 4th quarter do not include overtime scoring.

2. NFL PROPS

  • NFL – Team to SCORE FIRST: First team to score in the game. If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

  • NFL – Team to SCORE LAST: Must be an official game (55 minutes of play). If the game goes into overtime, the team that scores last will be the winner.

  • NFL – SCORE IN THE FIRST 7½ MINUTES: 7½ minutes must be played. If the game is canceled or postponed after 7½ minutes of play, all wagers stand.

  • NFL – TOTAL 1st HALF POINTS vs. TOTAL 2nd HALF POINTS: Must be an official game (55 minutes of play) and includes overtime.

  • NFL – FIRST SCORING PLAY (Touchdown, FG, or Safety): If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

  • 3 UNANSWERED SCORES: Extra points or 2-point conversions do not count.

  • PLAYER PROPS: All players must take the field and play for action. Results are based on the official stats from the game (unless otherwise specified).

3. XFL RULES

KICKOFF

  • The kicker kicks from the 25-yard line and must kick the ball in the air and in play between the opponent’s 20-yard line and the end zone.

  • The coverage team lines up on the return side 35-yard line, and the return team lines up on the 30-yard line.

  • Each team must have exactly 3 players outside the hash marks on both sides of the ball and cannot move until the ball is caught by the returner.

  • Out-of-bounds kicks and kicks that fall short of the 20-yard line will result in an illegal procedure penalty, taking the ball all the way out to the kicking team’s 45-yard line.

  • Players can move when the ball is touched by the returner or 3 seconds after the ball touches the ground (when the official waves his hand down).

  • If the ball is kicked into the end zone and is downed, it is a “Major Touchback,” and the ball is placed at the return side 35-yard line.

  • If the ball bounces in bounds and then out of the end zone or is downed in the end zone, the ball is placed at the return side 15-yard line.

  • If a player on the return team touches the ball and it goes out of bounds, the ball is spotted where it went out of bounds.

  • If a team wishes to run an onside kick, it must indicate this to the official before the play, and both teams will line up using traditional NFL rules (10 yards apart). There are no surprise onside kicks.

POINT-AFTER TOUCHDOWN

  • After a touchdown, the team has the option of running a play from the 2, 5, or 10-yard line, worth 1, 2, or 3 points respectively.

  • The team must run an offensive play — no kicking plays are allowed.

  • If the defense causes a turnover and returns the ball to the opponent’s end zone, the resulting score equals the number of points the offense was attempting to score.

PUNT

  • The punting team cannot release past the line of scrimmage until the ball is kicked.

  • Gunners must line up at the line of scrimmage and may move laterally once the ball is snapped until it is kicked.

  • Defenders over the gunner cannot cross the line of scrimmage until the ball is kicked.

  • If the ball goes out of bounds inside the 35-yard line, it is a “Major Touchback,” and the ball goes to the 35-yard line.

  • If a punted ball lands in or goes out of the end zone, it is a “Major Touchback,” and the ball is placed at the 35-yard line.

  • Fair catches are permitted but disincentivized.

DOUBLE-FORWARD PASS

  • If a team completes a forward pass behind the line of scrimmage, that team may throw a second forward pass, provided the ball has not crossed the line of scrimmage.

  • Once the ball crosses the line of scrimmage, no further forward passes are permitted.

OVERTIME

  • Overtime consists of 5 “Rounds,” staged in alternating single-play possessions (similar to NHL shootouts or soccer penalty kicks).

  • Each team starts at the opponent’s 5-yard line and has one play to score.

  • The team with more points after 5 rounds wins.

  • If one team is mathematically eliminated before all 5 rounds are complete, the game ends immediately.

  • If teams remain tied after 5 rounds, additional rounds continue until one team leads at the conclusion of a round.

  • Each successful overtime score is worth 2 points.

  • The defensive team cannot score; if the offense commits a turnover, the play ends immediately.

  • Defensive penalties allow a retry from the 1-yard line. Repeated defensive penalties result in an automatic score.

  • Offensive pre-snap penalties move the ball back; post-snap penalties end the play with no score.

  • There will be a minimum of 20 seconds between plays, coordinated by the ball-spotting official.

25-SECOND PLAY CLOCK

  • A 25-second play clock begins once the ball is spotted for the next play.

RUNNING GAME CLOCK

  • Outside the last 2 minutes of each half, the clock runs after incompletions and out-of-bounds plays.

  • Within the last 2 minutes, timing rules match standard NFL procedures.

TIMEOUTS

  • Each team has 2 one-minute timeouts per half.

REPLAY RULINGS

  • The XFL has no coaches’ challenges. All plays are subject to review by a Replay Official in the booth.

  • Reviewable plays include:
    (a) Possession, (b) Touching of ball or ground, (c) Goal line, (d) Boundaries, (e) Line of scrimmage, (f) Line to gain,
    (g) Number of players, (h) Game administration, (i) Penalty enforcement, (j) Down, (k) Foul spot, (l) Game clock, (m) Player disqualification.

  • The Replay Official may correct obvious errors involving player safety or game outcome (last 5 minutes and overtime).

ONE FOOT INBOUNDS

  • To complete a catch, a player must:

    1. Secure control of a live ball in flight before it touches the ground.

    2. Touch the ground in bounds with any part of the body.

    3. Maintain control long enough to perform a football act (run, handoff, pitch, etc.).

DEDICATED BALL-SPOTTING OFFICIAL

  • A designated official is responsible for quickly spotting and replacing the ball after each play.

COACH-TO-PLAYER COMMUNICATION

  • Offensive skill players (QB, WR, RB, TE) and one defensive player may have helmet receivers.

  • Coaches can communicate up until the snap; broadcast partners may access this audio.

SIMPLIFIED ILLEGAL MAN DOWNFIELD

  • No ineligible player shall be more than three yards beyond the line of scrimmage before a legal forward pass.

SHORTER HALFTIMES

  • Halftimes last 10 minutes.

4. AUSSIE RULES

  • Winners and losers are determined by the final score, including overtime if applicable.

  • All Aussie Rules matches must last at least 80 minutes to have action, except pre-season matches with shorter schedules.

  • If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes are returned.

  • For Parlays/Accumulators, if an event ends in a draw, moneyline bets are considered pushes, and the parlay is recalculated.

  • Australian Rules Brownlow Medal Betting: The player with the most votes after the 22-round season is the winner. Suspended players are ineligible. In a tie, both players are declared winners.

1. BASEBALL TERMS

OFFICIAL GAME TIME

Winners and losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings.

If a game is called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner.

If the home team ties or takes the lead in the bottom half of an inning, the score at the time the game is called determines the winner.

Monies are refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended.

Events will not carry over to the following day unless otherwise specified.

Casino88.cr does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.

When wagering on total runs (over/under), the game must go 9 innings (8½ if the home team is ahead) for action.

Wagers on total runs are refunded if a pitcher change occurs before both listed pitchers have thrown at least one pitch.

Terms for run-line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

PITCHER SELECTION
Baseball wagers are accepted in the following ways:

Action: Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. “Action” wagers are computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

One specified pitcher: You pick only one pitcher; the listed pitcher must start for the wager to have action.

Both specified pitchers (listed): If the starting pitchers are not exactly as listed on the wagering board or ticket, the wager is “no action.”

Note: If there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, “action” wagers are computed by the opening price with the new pitcher.

BASEBALL PROPS

First 5 Full Innings: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” If tied after 5 innings, side wagers are a push; total wagers have action. Both teams must bat 5 full innings for action.

Second Halfs: Bets are based on the score from the top of the 6th inning to the end of the game. Must be a complete game (9 innings, or 8½ if the home team is ahead). Wagers include extra innings. All wagers are action, regardless of pitcher.

Player Props: All players must start for action unless otherwise specified. Each player must have at least one at-bat (walks count), and the game must go 8½ innings with the home team winning.

Team to Score First: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” The prop has action once a team scores.

Team Total Runs: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.

Hits and Home Runs Props: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings if the home team is winning.

Alternative Run Lines: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.

Total Runs, Hits, and Errors: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.

Inning by Inning: Both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers are “no action.” Each inning is graded separately (6 outs must be recorded). In the 9th inning, the home team does not need to bat unless losing.

MLB Grand Salami: All games must go a minimum of 8½ innings for this prop to have action.

Will There Be a Score in the First Inning: Prop graded after the first inning ends; bets have action regardless of suspension or postponement.

Baseball Series Prices:

All baseball series wagers require all 3 games to be played by the specified date for action.

If all 3 games are not played, all wagers are “no action,” regardless of team wins.

All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas gaming standards.

If a series has 4 games, grading is based on the first 3.

All Other: All wagers are based on listed pitchers.

WAGERING ON BASEBALL

Money Line Wagering

Baseball wagering is done by risking more on favorites or less on underdogs.

Example:

Mets -140

Reds +120

Wager on Mets -140 = lay $140 to win $100.

Wager on Reds +120 = lay $100 to win $120.

Totals Over/Under (Always “Listed Pitchers”)

Standard 20-cent line example:

Mets 7 over -120

7 under even money

“Over 7” means lay $120 to win $100.

“Under 7” means lay $100 to win $100.

The team doesn’t matter; the bet is on total runs scored.

Run Line Wagering (Always “Listed Pitchers”)

A run line wager combines point spread and money line.

Example:

Braves -1½ +130

Pirates +1½ -150

Wager on Braves: must win by 2+ runs; lay $100 to win $130.

Wager on Pirates: cannot lose by 2+ runs; lay $150 to win $100.

Cricket Rules:

All wagers will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the match or competition concerned. If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void. If a match is postponed due to rain and is played within 24 hours in the same venue all bets placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If a match is abandoned due to outside interference, bets on the outcome for the total of the game are voided, if no winner is declared from the official site all bets on the winner of the match are voided. Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner then all wagers will be graded cancelled. In competitions where a bowl out or super over determines a winner, then bets will be settled on the official result. In case the game did not go for at least for the official amount of overs, all bets on the outcome for the over/under are voided. In case the game did not go for at least the official amount of overs, all bets on the outcome for the winner of the match are settled based on the official announcement. In the case of the game ending in a draw, all bets on the outcome for the result for the match will be voided.

Most Match Sixes

If a match is reduced in overs and a match result is reached then the team that hits the most sixes regardless of amount of overs faced will be the winners. For settlement purposes this is all deliveries from which a batsman is credited with exactly six runs (including All-run/Overthrows). In matches decided by a Super-Over, sixes hit during the Super-Over will not count for settlement purposes. Outside interference does not include weather events.

Top Batsman/Bowler

Bets placed on any player not in the starting 11 or nominated as the designated substitute 12th man are void. Bets on players who are selected but do not bat or field will be settled as losers. • When wagering on total runs (over/under), the game must go 9 innings (8½ if the home team is ahead) to have action.

  • Wagers on total runs are refunded if a pitcher change occurs before both listed pitchers throw at least one pitch.

  • Terms for run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

1. E-SPORTS TERMS

GENERAL TERMS

  • The start dates and times displayed for E-Sports matches are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

  • If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 12 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all wagers on that match will be no action and refunded.

  • Exceptions: Bets on whether a team/player advances in a tournament or wins the tournament will have action regardless of suspension or postponement.

  • If a player/team name is misspelled, all bets will stand unless it is clear the wrong object was listed.

  • If a player competes under the wrong nickname or a smurf account, the result is valid unless it is proven that it was not the intended player.

  • All wagers are settled using the official result as declared by the governing body of the event.

  • If a draw option is unavailable, extra time counts toward the result, if played.

HANDICAP BETTING

  • A handicap in E-Sports may be based on rounds, maps, or other measures depending on the game.

  • The handicap is designed to make contests more even and enhance betting value.

  • Example:

    • Player A -1.5 @ 2.00

    • Player B +1.5 @ 1.85

    • If Player A wins by 2+ maps, Player A bettors win.

    • If Player A wins by exactly one map or loses, Player B bettors win.

TOTAL BETTING

  • Totals in E-Sports may be based on rounds, maps, or similar metrics depending on the game.

  • Example (Best-of-3 SC2 match):

    • Over 2.5 @ 1.93

    • Under 2.5 @ 1.93

    • If the match ends 2–0, “Under” wins. If 2–1, “Over” wins.

INCOMPLETE MATCHES / DISQUALIFICATIONS

  • If a map is not completed due to a player’s retirement or disqualification, all bets have action and are settled based on the official result.

  • Exception: Counter-Strike (CS:GO) — if a team retires or is disqualified before all scheduled rounds of a map are played, all moneyline, spread, and total bets are canceled and refunded.

WITHDRAWALS / TOURNAMENT RULES

  • If a player/team withdraws before a tournament begins or retires during a tournament, all bets on that player/team to win or advance are canceled and refunded.

  • If a player/team listed as “must start” withdraws before the event, all related bets are no action.

  • If the number of maps/rounds is changed after betting opens, all handicap and total wagers are canceled; moneyline bets still have action.

  • If a player/team receives a walkover or admin win for at least one map, all wagers on the series (moneyline, spread, total) are canceled and refunded.

LIVE BETTING RULES

  • If a map is replayed due to a draw, disconnect, or similar issue, all live bets on that map are canceled. The replay is treated as a new game.

  • Bets are not canceled due to stand-ins or replacement players, provided the official result is recognized by event organizers.

  • In games with a Hero Draft/Champion Select phase (e.g., Dota 2, League of Legends), live betting during this phase is allowed.

PROP BETS

  • First Tower: The first team to have one of their towers destroyed loses this bet.

  • First Blood: The team officially credited with “First Blood” wins this bet.

  • First to 10 Kills: The team reaching 10 kills first wins.

  • First Round: The team winning the first round wins.

  • First to 5 Rounds: The team that first wins 5 rounds wins.

  • In Dota 2 and LoL, kill props are graded using the in-game scoreboard at the top of the screen.

PLAYER / TEAM PARTICIPATION RULES

  • If a 5v5 match starts with fewer than 10 players, or a 6v6 match starts with fewer than 12, all map and series bets are canceled.

  • In Dota 2 or LoL, if a player disconnects in the first 10 minutes and cannot return or be replaced, all bets on that map and series are canceled.

  • In CS:GO, if fewer than 10 players are active for at least 5 rounds, all map and series bets are canceled.

  • Disconnects or quits after 10 minutes of play are not grounds for cancellation of wagers.

  • If a map is remade after partial play, props already decided (e.g., First Blood, First Tower) stand, while undecided props are graded from the remake.

CS:GO LIVE BETTING SPECIAL RULES

  • For rounds listed as “Full Buy”: wagers are canceled if two or more players on the same team start the round with a primary weapon worth less than $1000 (regardless of who purchased it).

  • Example Scenarios:

    • Valid: 1 player on a team starts with a Tec-9, all others with rifles → Wagers stand.

    • Valid: 1 player on each team starts with a low-value weapon → Wagers stand.

    • Canceled: 2+ players on one team start with low-value weapons (<$1000) → All wagers on that round are canceled.

1. BIG 3 TERMS

  • Standard 2-point and 3-point shots apply.

  • Exclusive 4-point shots are valid when a player is touching any part of the “4-Point Circle.”

  • A shooting foul on a missed basket awards one free throw attempt to the shooter:

    • On a 2-point attempt: 1 free throw worth 2 points from the free throw line.

    • On a 4-point attempt: 1 free throw worth 4 points from the top 4-point circle.

  • All personal fouls count as team fouls; there are no foul-outs.

  • On and after the 5th team foul per half, opponents receive 2 free throws and ball possession.

  • A technical foul results in the opposing team being awarded 2 free throws worth 2 points each and possession of the ball.

  • The first team to 50 points wins the game.

  • Halftime occurs once a team reaches 25 points.

  • Substitutions are made on a dead ball or by calling a timeout.

  • After a made basket, the ball is given to the official up top; the scoring team becomes defense, and the team scored upon becomes offense.

  • After a score or missed technical foul shot, the ball must be taken out up top and put in play within 5 seconds after the official hands it to the player.

  • Defensive rebounds that touch the rim must be cleared.

    • The ball is cleared when the player with possession establishes both feet behind the 3-point line, either by dribbling or passing.

    • A rebounder who clears the ball with a direct pass must leave the lane and re-establish position before his team’s next shot or pass that hits the rim.

    • If a shot or pass hits the rim before the ball is cleared, it results in a turnover.

  • Once a team clears the ball and establishes offense, the standard “3 seconds in the key” rule applies.

  • There is no defensive 3-second rule.

  • Steals do not need to be cleared.

  • Defensive rebounds that do not touch the rim do not need to be cleared.

  • Instant replay applies.

  • For wagering purposes, the game must reach 50 total points for action.

1. SOCCER TERMS

  • Soccer wagers on the moneyline are a 3-outcome event, meaning bettors can choose either team to win or select a draw (tie).

  • If no draw option is chosen and the game ends in a tie, the wager is graded as a loss.

  • All wagers are graded using the score at the end of regulation time (90 minutes + stoppage).

  • Extra periods, golden goals, or penalty shootouts are not included unless otherwise specified.

  • Any wagers placed after the game has started are deemed no action.

2. EUROPEAN HOCKEY TERMS

  • All games must begin on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action.

  • Betting markets are based on 3 x 20-minute periods plus overtime/shootouts unless otherwise stated.

  • If the scheduled format is not played, bets are void (except for props already determined).

  • For bets to have action, there must be 5 minutes or less of scheduled time remaining, unless the specific market result is already determined.

3. CRICKET BETTING TERMS

  • At least one ball must be bowled for bets to stand. Otherwise, all bets are void.

  • If a match is officially abandoned (e.g., due to unsafe pitch conditions), all undecided bets are void.

  • “10½ rounds” means 10 full rounds plus 90 seconds of the 11th round.

  • All results are official per the sanctioning body on the day of the fight.

  • A draw results in losing bets for either fighter.

  • If scheduled rounds change, “total rounds” bets are void.

  • Bets on fighters are graded based on judges’ decisions, TKO, KO, or disqualification.

  • If a fight is postponed but occurs within 14 days, bets stand; otherwise, they are void.

  • Head-to-head matchups example:

  • Bets are graded using official podium results on the day of the prize ceremony.

  • Later changes do not affect settlements.

  • If two drivers abandon after completing the same number of laps, the matchup is void.

  • The driver completing the most laps is the winner if both fail to finish.

FORMULA ONE TERMS
